On November 8, 2024, our firm filed an application for authorization to institute a class action against Wonder Brands Inc, Loblaws Inc. and Wal-Mart Canada Corp. The purpose of this application is to order the defendants to reimburse consumers who purchased bread that was subject to a recall due to the possible presence of metal pieces.
