On July 6, 2020, our firm filed an application for authorization to bring a class action against Canada Post. This request seeks compensation for our client as well as for all persons who have paid for an expedited shipping service offered by Canada Post since March 14, 2020 whose deadlines have not been respected.
Our client’s story
Our client sent an important package to her mother for her birthday on June 9, 2020. She paid for the Xpresspost™ service, with a guarantee of delivery for the next day. However, his package was not delivered until July 10, 2020.
Our customer suffered several injuries due to the delay in delivery, including a lot of anger and frustration, as well as several hours spent tracking her package online and contacting Canada Post customer service.
Target group
