A second-year student at McGill University’s Faculty of Law, Hiba is distinguished by her commitment to legal research and her keen interest in various areas of law. Hiba acquired a wide range of experience before joining our team, notably as a student researcher at the Paul-André Crépeau Centre for Private and Comparative Law and as a legal research assistant to a lawyer based in New York. Since 2022, she has also held the position of head of legal affairs at an investment start-up. In addition to her academic and professional commitments, Hiba is actively involved in community initiatives, such as her volunteer work with the PROMIS organization, where she provides francization support to elementary school students who have recently arrived in Quebec, as well as the Legal Information Clinic at McGill. She is also co-president of the McGill North African Law Students’ Association (NALSA), where she coordinates networking events and a mentorship program. Bilingual in French and English, and fluent in Arabic, Hiba is passionate about promoting equitable access to justice and aspires to contribute to diverse cases at Lambert Lawyers.
