Our client has been declared unfit for work due to her fibromyalgia and her rheumatologist mentions that she is unfit for any job.
We inform you that the decision that has been taken by your institution has no basis, and therefore we give you a period of ten (10) days from receipt of the present to modify your decision and send us the benefits due.
