On February 25, 2019, our firm filed an application for authorization to institute a class action against the Metro Metro Festival. This request seeks a partial refund of the ticket price for all consumers who have suffered harm as a result of hidden service and delivery charges and as a result of unilateral changes in ticket prices.
Target group
All Quebec consumers who have purchased a ticket for the Metro Metro Festival scheduled to take place on May 18 and 19, 2019 and:
- who have paid an additional amount for service and delivery charges;
- who paid a price higher than the original posted price of $170.
