Mtre Sandra H. Kim

Mtre Kim is a seasoned lawyer with extensive expertise in administrative, penal and criminal law.

She began her career in the public service, representing the provincial government before the Administrative Tribunal of Quebec.

Following this first enriching experience, she completed her articling at the City of Montreal, where she spent nearly 10 years as a prosecutor.

Today, Mtre Kim plays an active role within the firm, notably by being involved in several large-scale class actions. She also practices as a legal advisor in criminal, penal and disciplinary law, where her expertise is put to work in complex cases.

A talented litigator with a human approach, Mtre Kim is distinguished both by her mastery of courtroom cases and by her effective management of the firm’s internal operations. She actively participates in the influence of Lambert Avocats, investing in the recruitment of new talent to strengthen our team.

Outside of her practice, Mtre Kim is an engaged citizen. She sits on several boards of directors within the Korean community in Montreal and actively contributes to the Advisory Committee on Ethnocultural Diversity of the Barreau du Québec. Her various involvement testifies to her versatility and her deep commitment to a more just and inclusive society.
