She joined our team in 2023, bringing with her a wealth of in-depth experience in indemnity cases. Since then, Daphné has mainly handled cases of workplace accidents and occupational diseases, and she regularly represents her clients before the Administrative Labour Tribunal (TAT). His assiduous presence and unwavering commitment ensure that her clients receive top-notch representation at every stage of the legal process.
Daphné successfully completed a specialized course on the Workers’ Compensation and Occupational Diseases system at UQAM. Driven by a constant desire to hone her expertise, she will pursue an intensive course in the administration of labour laws in 2024.
