A law graduate of the Université de Sherbrooke (LL.B.), Mtre Raphaël Ross joined Lambert Avocats in 2025 as an articling student, before continuing his practice as a lawyer following his swearing-in.
Mtre Ross focuses his practice primarily on disciplinary law. He intervenes with professionals facing investigations, inspections, complaints or prosecutions, offering them rigorous, strategic representation adapted to the realities specific to their professional order.
His career in various regulatory bodies gives him a particularly detailed understanding of the functioning of disciplinary mechanisms. He has worked with the Ordre des podiatres du Québec and the Ordre des pharmaciens du Québec, where he has participated in disciplinary investigations, illegal practice cases and the drafting of administrative decisions.
