
His work takes place both upstream and during the proceedings: analysis of requests for investigation addressed to the syndic, identification of relevant decisions of the disciplinary councils and the Professions Tribunal, assembly of the documents and authority books, preparation of documents given to the client before his hearing. This in-depth work allows the firm’s lawyers to appear before the council with a complete file.
During her law studies, one project particularly marked her: a mock trial conducted with obstetrics and gynecology residents from the Faculty of Medicine of the Université de Sherbrooke. Law, medicine and ethics meet on the same file, with real human consequences at the end of the process. This is what led her to disciplinary law, and this is what she came to explore at Lambert Lawyers.
Zoé also holds a college diploma in arts, literature and communication, with a theatre option. A training that leaves useful traces at the courthouse: voice, rhythm, ease in front of an audience.
