Malina joined our administrative law team in the summer of 2026 as a Bar school student, and works on cases before the SAAQ, the CNESST and the IVAC. She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the University of Montreal.
Before joining our team, Malina was a law intern at the Groupe d’aide et d’information sur le harassment au travail (GAISHT). There, she conducted legal research on users’ files, set up a jurisprudential and procedural database, and organized a coffee meeting to explain to the people concerned their recourses in terms of labour standards and workplace accidents.
Previously, as a volunteer at the Saint-Michel Legal Clinic, she participated in a research project on the impact of gun violence and led round tables on the subject. A sensitivity to the realities of victims that finds a direct extension in the compensation cases she handles today.
Malina speaks French, English and Teochew.
