
Her training combines two legal traditions. After a bachelor’s degree and a master’s degree in law in France, she completed a joint master’s degree in comparative business law between the Université Lumière Lyon II and the Université de Montréal, from which she graduated at the top of her class. Subsequently, Mtre Viallard articled and began her practice at a Montreal firm specializing in civil law and class actions.
In parallel with her studies in Quebec, Mtre Viallard volunteered as a legal officer with the Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Animals, where she analyzed the legal consequences of a bill on animal welfare and studied possible remedies in cases of mistreatment.
