Caroline joined our disciplinary law team in the summer of 2026 as a Bar School Student.
She actively collaborates in the files of professionals who are the subject of a complaint before their disciplinary council or by an investigation by their syndic: jurisprudential research, preparation of evidence, drafting and support to the firm’s lawyers throughout the process.
She is involved in cases involving all professional orders, with a strong interest in those involving psychologists. This is no coincidence: before law school, Caroline completed a bachelor’s degree in psychology and sociology at the Université de Montréal. She understands the reality of psychological practice, the ethical framework that governs it and what a complaint represents for a professional whose entire identity is based on his or her helping relationship.
She holds a Bachelor of Laws from the Université de Montréal and worked for two years as a law student at another Montréal firm, where she conducted case law research, drafted memoranda and prepared draft pleadings and contracts.
Her previous career in customer service, notably as an administrative officer in medical imaging at the CHUM during the pandemic, has accustomed her to listening to people in vulnerable situations and to keeping calm under pressure, which is an essential quality in disciplinary law.
Born in Saskatchewan, Caroline works in both French and English.
